Description
Stock is an unpretentious, casual noodle bar featuring homemade noodles and dumplings, the perfect fuss-free meal while at the resort. The name is inspired by the most important component of a perfectly cooked bowl of noodle – the stock. Connected to TASTING TABLE, STOCK serves as the noodle and steam kitchen during breakfast and a free-standing noodle bar during lunch and dinner. The feature of the space is the open kitchen where guests can see each noodle bowl prepared a-la minute and the cold room where guests can enjoy the theatrical experience the chef is performing. Traditional Dim Sum trolley service to be offered as an alternative. Seize every second and enjoy the creative interior design.
