Description
Viva Bahriya consists of Homes and Apartments which echoes the very best of the Maghreb; with Moroccan-style town homes and apartments exuding Moorish elegance, complete with its own stretch of pristine white sand gently lapped by a warm, inviting sea. Highness was assigned to provide a design in one of its Tower, the Viva Bahriya Tower 26; including the concept designs for the Reception and Main Lift Lobby. The tower consists of 2 parking levels, a ground floor, 21 residential floors, a technical floor, a roof level and 6 townhouses.
