Description
Salwa Beach Resort Hotel is the largest Resort Hotel in the Middle East, spanning over an area of 257 acres, located at Salwa Road near the Aqua Park. The resort will have 362 residential units with access to a private beach and boasts of world-class facilities & will include a water park, marina, dive center, cinemas, pools, health club, spa, restaurants and retail space. In addition, the resort includes two small villages of family villas, especially designed with a wide view of the Arabian Gulf. The main hotel building will have 35 suites including two presidential suites with an area of more than 1,000 sqm. The resort will have various amenities, including a health club and a spa (2,800 sqm.), several outdoor pools, meeting rooms for events (3,500 sqm.) and 13 fine dining restaurants.
