The project is located at the Eastern Side of Qatar at Doha Al Daeen Area. The scope of work is to design a residential complex that consists of the following:
- (03) Main Residence
- (01) Guest House – Men’s Majiles
- (01) Gate House
- (01) Service Block
The client requested to combine Qatari achitecture with the design element of the following:
- Overlaying Volume
- Recessed Niche
- Qatari Arch
- Islamic Patterns
- Yellow Mud Color Combination
Scope: Architecture & Engineering Design
Area: 1,250,500 sqm.
